Establishing a position in Germany

  • In the first and second years, Immigrant Talent will become a well-known event in Cologne and throughout Germany.
  • The German immigrant community will become the focus of the project, and Cologne will serve as the program's main base in Europe.
  • Close collaboration with German brands, television networks, and governmental and non-governmental institutions to enhance credibility and attract further support.

Expansion to other European countries

  • Year 3: Sales of the program franchise to European countries such as France, Spain, Sweden, and Italy will begin.
  • Each country runs a localized version of the Immigrant Talent program, maintaining the original standards and brand identity.
  • Focus on developing relationships with immigrant communities and local sponsors in these countries.

Entering global markets
